[Riverside-Training] Internet Trainers' Meeting on January 22nd.

Welcome back!  You are invited to our new Ruiz Branch Library which will
open this Saturday at 10:00 a.m. The address is 1600 Grove Boulevard just
off E. Riverside Drive.

We had a good  meeting with Steve Rooks, Tim Trentham, Chip Rosenthal,
Carlos Pin and Carmen and we have worked out a schedule for classes
beginning on February 14rh through the end of March.  We are scheduling
Saturday classes only until we find out if there is a demand for more.

AMD has funded a temporary position for an Internet Coordinator for the
Center and the 15 hour-a -week position will be advertised shortly.  If you
know someone who would be interested in a part-time position, please tell
him/her to get in touch with me.

Our new AMD Internet Training Center has 6 new computers, a new overhead
projector and a desktop computer for the instructor. We will have to be
careful not to overbook people as we do not have enough space to add any
more computers.

Please confirm that you are available on the days that you are scheduled to
give a class.
