[Katrina-IT-Volunteers] Convention Center shelter reactivated

This may only be temporary, but the Convention Center is being reactivated
as a shelter for 700 - 1,000 special needs evacuees this afternoon (Friday).
At this time, we don't expect to reactivate the public computers there, but
they will stay in storage at the convention center until we get further word
on the situation.  We'll pass along information as it comes to us.
