[Katrina-IT-Volunteers] ADMINISTRIVIA: welcome to new members

I just did a big merge between the volunteer database and the mailing
list.  About 88 new people were added, bringing the total number of
subscribers to 292.

Welcome to the new list members.

The situation is changing rapidly, as they prepare to move the last
evacuees out of the shelter, and Dale Thompson is posting frequent
updates to keep us all informed.
