[Katrina-IT-Volunteers] Wednesday noon update

The city IT staff has been asked to take away 10 of the evacuee area
computers today, but they don't know when.  They are very short staffed
today.  Apparently, the only reason is to make it apparent to the evacuees
that the center is closing on Friday.  It doesn't make a lick of sense to
me.

They plan to disconnect the last of the evacuee computers tomorrow
(Thursday) at 8 pm.  The remaining evacuees should all be moving out of
the convention center on Friday.

This may all change depending on what Hurricane Rita does, so stay tuned.
