[Katrina-IT-Volunteers] New from Thursday night and Computer clockinfo.

I have a question. I've only volunteered once because I've been traveling 
and have had a cold all week. But is all this information you're passing in 
emails in a binder or written down somewhere as well? Also, how long do you 
anticipate needing volunteers for? I'd love to help out some more. Thanks!
