Hi Lisa,

I will be going to the Convention Center today to deploy a few local
printers. I will check the time and date when I arrive.

Thank you,
Jimmy Bilich

Subject: [Katrina-IT-Volunteers] New from Thursday night and Computer
clock info.

To all:

Here are a couple of things I learned by working last
night if anyone is interested.

And Dale, if Jimmie (from AMD) can't go by today, I
will be glad to go by and personally reset every
computer clock, both the time and date. It was hard
to
reset them all last night with so many kids on the
games, but I will go one by one this time and just ask
people to wait while I fix them.

Things learned:

We added some new search engines that we learned about
to the Big White 3 ring binder until "Other" in case
you want to use them or don't already have them.

organized by their OLD phone numbers)

Also, I noticed people often forget their yahoo email
account information or only had their email
address and forgot to write down their signon and
password. I made the form attached to this email,
filled it out for each person and gave it to each
person that I helped last night - whether they had an
existing yahoo account or were setting up a new one.
Hopefully, they will keep it and it will make it a
little easier on the next volunteer who helps them.
If you would like to use it or expand on it - please
feel free.

Many thanks to all the volunteers and Austin Free Net
employees who were so helpful last night. It was an
honor to meet you all.
