Yes, check the white notebook for a list of important phone numbers such
as the Astrodome (at least that's where the list was Sunday evening).
Also, someone got a direct line to the San Antonio center and hand wrote
it at the bottom of that page.

We ran into this last week, trying to contact someone in Houston. The
family reunion desk here in Austin gave us these numbers to try:
Houston (Astrodome?) general: 832-667-3139
Houston Command Center: 832-667-3629
Last week at the height of number of evacuees we had problems with
getting either no answer or the number being busy. This week there may
be better luck with these numbers.
