[Katrina-IT-Volunteers] Getting supplies

I think Denise got us some alcohol wipes last night. They have them for
the medical supply area, but the IT command center was using them so it
should be okay. We were talking about needing them if we bring in any
headphones. If there aren't any by the public computers, we can order
them from the supply area. If so, just call me at 576-9666 and I'll make
sure they get ordered. I heard they set up a kids computer area today.
Excellent! Dale

Get some hand wipes or sanitizing lotion for the volunteers and on
the hour every one stop and wash their hands. Get some Clorox wipes
and wipe off your mouse, and if possible your keyboard at the same
time. Will cut down greatly on transmission of infections like
  colds, flu.

  to wash your hands.)

We can order supplies from the supply area in the food court. The
phone number is in the white notebook. You will probably need me to
actually order them, but just let me know what's needed. Sometimes
they need us to pick them up, sometimes they can deliver. If we can
decide what kind of folders we need, I'll try to get them. For
everyone, call me at 576-9666 if we start to run out of anything
important. It is also okay to grab water and snacks out of the food
  court for the volunteers. Dale

I think the form looks good. I'll ask around for folders, too.
    It's a
good idea especially with all the info they will have to keep
    track of by
the time they get settled. That won't be the only sheet of paper
    they have
    to carry.

Are you thinking of the type of folder with pockets? I may have
    some of
    those around the house.
