I just added 10 more days to the shift schedule since it appears for the
moment that we'll need them.  I added some comments to remind folks to
leave those drop down hours alone when they sign up for a shift.  It
really causes problems for me when I try to prepare the report I fax to
the volunteer each morning with the schedule for the day.  If you sign up
for a partial shift or overlap into the next shift, put your name in the
shift where you will begin and put a note beside your name of your actual
hours.  That's all that's needed.  I also added a note to include a cell
phone number if possible because I've found it extremely helpful to have
it on my shift printouts since I've been out of commission with an eye
injury the last couple of days.  It was great to be able to call someone
on the floor to help get things done when I couldn't be there.  I was
very sorry to miss the concert at the Nubian Queen, though.  Dale
