[Katrina-IT-Volunteers] Evacs leave without getting new address or phone into any website

It appears that the database used to enter people when they first arrive is 
a City of Austin database.  Contrary to what I had been told, it does not 
appear that entries are transferred into either redcross.org (Family Links) 
or katrinasafe.com.   I believe that people assume that since their data is 
typed into a computer when they arrive, that it is being put on the website.

Furthermore, people leave the facility without checking out, and therefore 
without giving the conference center forwarding contact info.

People need to be prompted to put their new address and phone number into 
the websites before they leave.  I'm trying to get signs put up.  ANYTHING 
YOU CAN DO TO SPREAD THE WORD WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
