[Katrina-IT-Volunteers] transportation to other cities for Katrina vicims

There is a designated travel agency that facilitates the travel 
arrangements and gives free tickets to evacuees.  The information is 
available at the Red Cross help desk inside the convention center.  I 
have helped several families print boarding passes and secure rides to 
the airport for these free trips.
