[Katrina-IT-Volunteers] Update redcross.org after 24 hours?

I understand that we CAN update the info in redcross.org or katrinasafe.com 
after 24 hours, but I haven't had anybody try it.  Does anybody know for 
sure?

Maybe someone should go to the free phone area and find someone who has 
signed up for the free phone/voice mail service and ask them to come try to 
enter that info in the database.  If it works, we could put a sign by the 
phones suggesting everybody come update the database.
