[Katrina-IT-Volunteers] FEMA questions?

I just found that yesterday I obtained the email address of one of the 
managers of the FEMA contracor that is doing evacuee registration for FEMA 
at the Convention Center.   I don't want to flood him with email and phone 
calls.  But if people will post their questions here, I will try to compile 
a list with duplicates removed and email him.
