[Katrina-IT-Volunteers] More info for those little forms

If someone is printing a new batch of those litle forms on which we record 
the evacuees' FEMA ID and email info, please add the following info to the 
back:

         The Red Cross Family Registry: at www.redcross.org

         Katrina Safe: at www.katrinasafe.com

Hopefully everyone will use our computers to put their P.O. Box in these 
databases, since it is not known at the time they first register at the 
shelter.   I'm also hoping that evacs will find a way to update their 
addresses in these databases once they get more established and no longer 
use these P.O. Boxes, so friends and family will be able to contact them if 
they find them in the database.
