[Katrina-IT-Volunteers] transportation to other cities for Katrina vicims

Someone mentioned that to their knowledge, there is no aid for evacuees to 
travel to other cities to join family.

Actually, as of 9/9, there is a free phone area in the shelter where evacs 
can obtain free phone service for after they leave here.  There is a flier 
posted in that area about how to get tickets to other cities.
