[Katrina-IT-Volunteers] Change of location for volunteers to register

I was at the convention center today.  First time since Tuesday.  So after
parking at 5th and Red River and walking to the other end of the convention
center I was told that volunteer registration had moved.

So,  It is now on 2nd and San Jacinto in a building across from Mongolian
BBQ.  There is a sign out front.

They also said there is free parking in the same building.  It is suppose to
be the 6th - 10th floor of the garage.  I did not move my car so I can not
verify this is correct.

They just had me write my name down on a list and then they gave me a wrist
band.  The same ones I was later giving new Evacuees.  They did not even ask
for my identification.
