[Katrina-IT-Volunteers] Volunteer attire (low priority)

The Red Cross folks have asked us if we could be a little more  
identifiable. When they're running around and folks are clustered  
around the machines, sometimes it takes a little while to tell who's  
a volunteer and who's not.

To make the Red Cross happy I've ordered some baseball caps that we  
can wear. They'll take a couple of business days to come in.

Meanwhile, the Free-Net colors are purple and orange. But overall I'm  
more concerned about helping the residents than what we're wearing.
