[Katrina-IT-Volunteers] Fraud at the Convention Center

Just a note to say folks have been coming into the shelter posing as evacuees in order get benefits, free food, etc.  Also, people signing up as volunteers (not ours I'm sure) have been ambulance chasers in reality.  Keep an eye out for them and report them to the nearest law enforcement person you can find.  Here's a new update from a volunteer:  Dale

I just wanted to keep you in the loop on Andrew's efforts to get me a 
badge.  
Also, I wanted to let you know that after talking to various people in 
high places today, I found that our best bet for hoping to prevent 
fraudulent access to Katrina relief aid is to ensure that anyone using those 
computers is wearing a wrist band (or a volunteer badge).
