This is from our guide to web sites for evacuees and those assisting
evacuees:

Internet Explorer Favorites


The following steps will create a folder in your Internet Explorer Favorites
containing the links in the Evacuee Guides on our web site.

1)  Select the text below and copy it (highlight it, right click, choose
"copy"):
http://www.austinfree.net/katrina/evacueelinks.htm

2)  In internet Explorer, go to "File", select "Import and Export...", and
click "Next".

3)  Make sure "Import Favorites" is selected, and click "Next".

4)  Make sure "Import from a File or Address" is selected.

5)  Paste the address that you copied in step one into the space provided
(replace the filename already in it if there is one).  Right click in the
space provided and choose "Paste". You should see the corrected file
name/URL name.

6)  Click "Next", click "Next" again, then click "Finish".

Now check your Favorites list and look for a folder named "Evacuee Links"
which contains all of these links.
